About these terms
These terms apply when you use ryzera.lk or buy services from Ryzera Technologies (Private) Limited in Sri Lanka or Ryzera Technologies LLC in the United States (“Ryzera”, “we” or “us”). Your contract is with the company named on your proposal, invoice or order.
By paying an invoice, accepting a proposal or using our services, you agree to these terms. If a signed agreement or statement of work between you and Ryzera says something different, the signed agreement wins for that project.

Our services
We design, build and support software and technology for businesses and public sector organisations, including websites and custom software, AI call agents, WhatsApp AI agents, POS and ERP systems, PBX and networking, cloud, cyber security and machine learning solutions.
The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or statement of work. Work outside that scope is a change request, which we will quote separately before starting it.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise. An order is confirmed when you accept a proposal in writing or pay the first invoice for it. We may decline any order, for example if we cannot deliver it well or it would break the law.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency on your quote or invoice, normally US dollars (USD) or Sri Lankan rupees (LKR).
- Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where the law requires them and are shown on the invoice.
- Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by the cards and methods shown on the payment page. We do not store your card details.
- Projects are usually billed in stages, such as a deposit to start, then milestone payments, with the balance due on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days unless the invoice says otherwise.
- Subscriptions and recurring services, such as hosting, maintenance, support plans and AI agent usage, are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
- If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work or the related service after giving you notice.
Charges from Ryzera appear on your card or bank statement as RYZERA.
Refunds and cancellations
Project work
You may cancel a project at any time by emailing us. If you cancel before any work has started, we will refund your payment in full. If work has started, you pay for the work done up to the cancellation date, and we refund any amount you paid in advance for work not yet done. Work we have completed and that you have accepted is not refundable.
Subscriptions and recurring services
You can cancel a subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service keeps working until then. We do not give partial refunds for the remaining part of a period, unless the law requires it.
Third-party costs
Costs we pay to others on your behalf, such as domain names, software licences, hardware, telecom and SIP trunk charges, and cloud usage, cannot be refunded once we have paid them.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@ryzera.lk with your invoice number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and normally reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster directly.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and the content, access and feedback we need, on time.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, data or materials you give us.
- Keep any passwords and access we give you secure.
- Use what we build lawfully, and not to send spam, mislead people or break anyone's rights.
Ownership of the work
Once you have paid in full, you own the custom work we create specifically for you under the project, such as designs, content and custom code, unless the agreement says otherwise.
We keep ownership of the tools, libraries, frameworks and know-how we had before the project or build for general use, and give you a licence to use them as part of what we deliver. Third-party and open-source software stays under its own licence. We may mention your company as a client and show non-confidential work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality and data
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the project. We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data for you as part of a service, we do so only on your instructions and can sign a data processing agreement.
Third-party services
Some solutions depend on services run by others, such as cloud platforms, telecom carriers, WhatsApp, AI model providers and payment processors. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes, though we will help you work around them.
Warranties
We will carry out our services with reasonable skill and care. If something we delivered does not work as agreed, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will fix it at no extra cost. Apart from this, and to the extent the law allows, our services and this website are provided without other warranties. AI systems can make mistakes, so you should review important outputs before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim connected with a project or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the relationship
Either of us may end a project or service by written notice if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of being asked. When it ends, you pay for work done and services used up to that date, and we hand over the completed work you have paid for.
Using this website
The content on ryzera.lk is for general information. You may read and share it, but you may not copy it for commercial use or try to disrupt, scrape at scale or break into the site. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
If your contract is with Ryzera Technologies (Private) Limited, these terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and the courts of Colombo have jurisdiction. If your contract is with Ryzera Technologies LLC, they are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, and its courts have jurisdiction. We will always try to settle a disagreement by talking first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Changes do not affect a project already agreed in writing, unless you agree to them.
