I see a charge from RYZERA on my statement. What is it?

Charges from Ryzera Technologies appear as RYZERA. They are for an invoice, a project payment or a subscription you set up with us. If you do not recognise a charge, email us with the date and amount and we will tell you what it is for.

How do I get a receipt or a copy of my invoice?

Stripe emails a receipt after each online payment. For a copy of an invoice or receipt, email us with your company name and the payment date.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Email us from the address on your account and say which service you want to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service keeps working until then.

How long does a refund take?

We reply to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and normally arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and Ryzera never sees or stores your full card number.
